PARALLEL-SERIAL CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A parallel-serial converter is provided to improve performance of a high frequency operation by selecting and outputting data using the clock signals with different phase. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(301) receives parallel input data using clock signals with different phases according to the data. A parallel-serial converter(303) selects and outputs the output signal of the data input unit using the plurality of clock signals with the phase difference of 90 degrees with the clock signal used in the data input unit. A delay unit delays the clock signal used in the parallel-serial converter.
