PURPOSE: A UCC providing server for utilizing popular UCC as advertisement media is provided to offer the popular UCC together with an advertisement image to a contents provider. CONSTITUTION: A database(20) stores UCC(User Created Contents)(8). UCCs are provided by each UCC provider(6). A merge processing unit(30) receives a successful bid request from each of advertisers(2). The successful bid request includes an advertisement image(4) and a successful bid option. The merge processing unit previously selects an optimum advertiser of optimum as a successful bidder. The successful bidder is a successful bidder for popular UCC to be selected. |
