PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic subdividing work for a medicament which is not housed in a medicine storage case to be easily performed under a configuration wherein sacrifices regarding the interchangeability with the action performance of the device or an already existing system are kept to a minimum while satisfying both of safety property based on the collation of medicament cassettes and commutativity. SOLUTION: A medicament feeder housing address is included in a telegraph for a medicament discharging instruction addressed to the base section of a first group as the address in the same manner as a conventional method. In the meantime, collation data is included in a telegraph for the medicament discharging command addressed to the base section of a second group as the address while being different from the conventional method. Thus, medicament feeders of which the operating frequency is high, and for which importance is attached to the safety property based on the collation of medicament cassettes are sorted to the first group, and medicament feeders of which the operating frequency is low, and for which importance is attached to the commutativity based on the collation of medicament cassettes are sorted to the second group to enable the automatic subdividing work for the medicament which is not housed in the medicine storage case to be easily performed.
