PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing angiotensin-II-receptor blocker and thiazides compound is provided to administer the complex formulation and maximize prevention effect of drugs with less side effect. CONSTITUTION: A complex composition having controlled release contains controlled release compartment with thiazides compound and immediate release compartment with angiotensin-II-receptor blocker as an active ingredient. The angiotensin-II-receptor blockers rosartan, valsartan, irbesartan, candesartan, telmisartan, their isomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
