PURPOSE: A customizing fitting insole by heat molding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which makes impact of the foot absorbed and supports the foot and improves feeling of wearing. CONSTITUTION: A customizing fitting insole by heat molding comprises a heat molding layer(10) which is formed in the sole shape capable of contact with the plantar and includes ethylene vinyl acetate resin; a high density polyurethane foam layer(20) which is attached to the top surface of the heat molding layer and absorbs the impact; and a fiber layer(30) which is attached to the top surface of the high density polyurethane foam layer and forms the contact surface of the plantar. |
