PURPOSE: A spray drying system using a heat pump is provided to improve heat efficiency and cut down fuel cost by reusing wet steam without exhausting directly outside a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A spray drying system using a heat pump a drying room(10), a feed pump, a high-pressure blower(20), suction and supply ducts(21,22), a heat pump(30), a damper(23), a speed reduction motor(41), and a rotary valve(14). The drying room dries an object to be dried(12) with a heater. The feed pump transfers the object to be dried. The high-pressure blower draws in the wet steam inside the drying room. The suction and supply ducts connect an evaporator(34) of a heat pump and a condenser(32) with the drying room. The heat pump forms a closed circuit by serially linking a compressor(31), a condenser, an expansion valve(33), and the evaporator. The damper adjusts pressure. The speed reduction motor rotates a product transfer screw(40). The rotary valve ejects a product(61) at the exit of the transfer screw.
