PURPOSE: A lens of light emitting diode having micro lens array and light emitting diode module comprising the same are provided to minimize the gap of the LED module and LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: The micro lens array(132) consisting of the micro lenses is formed in the surface. The lens(130) controls the distribution of the light which comes out from the light emitting diode(120). The second micro lenses micro lens array of is formed in the bottom surface. The optical waveguide is formed which guides the light of the light emitting diode to the micro lens of the multiple of the surface. The sub mount(110) has the groove(112) in the upper side. The floor side of a groove has the emitting device.
