PURPOSE: An interior finishing material using a charcoal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep an indoor space fresh by controlling indoor humidity by dehumidification and humidification and to keep indoor residents safely and healthy by blocking the toxicity generated in a concrete wall with far infrared rays of a charcoal. CONSTITUTION: An interior finishing material using a charcoal is composed of a finishing material(100) and a coating paper(120). The finishing material is made by compression-molding charcoal of 60~67wt%, waste paper of 30~37wt%, starch of 2~9wt%, and pyroligneous Liquid of 1~8 wt%. The coating paper is attached to the surface of the finishing material. The coating paper is made of one of paper and non-woven fabric.
