摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing low-deformation porcelain with uniformly mixed particles is provided to improve energy efficiency and green density at the same time reducing sintering temperature and thermal deformation. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing low-deformation porcelain with uniformly mixed particles comprises the following steps of: pulverizing feldspar, agalmatolite, china clay, pulverized porcelain sintered body to size of 40μm or less; adding 0.05-5wt% inorganic nano-plasticizer selected from the group consisting of silica sol, alumina sol, titania sol, and zirconia sol; and molding into a predetermined shape, and sintering the porcelain body. The inorganic nano-plasticizer increases the liquid viscosity of the raw material mixture in the sintering step, and promotes the crystallization of the liquid for sintering shrinkage of 13% or less.
