The transmitter is designed to be embedded in transmissions of transport and stationary machines. It makes it possible to increase the transmitted moment as well as the transformation coefficient. The transmitter consists of an input shaft (1) with a pump wheel (2), a turbine wheel (3) with an output shaft (4), and a reactor wheel (5) with a reactor axle (6), such wheels having blades (12) with circulation channels (7) between them. In the circulation channels (7) small spherical bodies (8) are placed with antifriction surface, such being also the surface (14) of the circulation channels (7) of the pump wheel (2), the turbine wheel (3) and the reactor wheel (5) with a clearance between them that is smaller than the diameter of the spherical bodies (8). The blades (12) of the pump wheel (2) have unidirectional twisting along their length, while the incoming end of the turbine wheel (3) is covered by an edge (15) shaped inside the outgoing end of the pump wheel (2). There are formed, atleast in the external ring of the turbine wheel (3), a number of smooth front narrowings (10) of its circulation channels (7) and rear radial broadenings (11).
