The device (1) has a tubular sleeve (2) extended along a longitudinal axis (X) between opposed ends (21, 22), and including tubular walls, where one of the walls has longitudinal lateral cuts (3, 4). Each cut is extended from one of the ends parallel to the axis on a length greater than 50 percentage of sleeve's entire length. The sleeve has an expansion unit i.e. headless screw (7), that is inserted and displaced in an orifice (5) pierced in a sleeve's central portion for moving back the walls of the sleeve on both sides of the cuts to increase a nominal external diameter (D1) of the sleeve.
