The present invention provides antibodies against CD20, comprising a light chain variable region amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 13; a heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 14; and a variant of a parent Fc IgG1 region wherein the variant Fc region comprises an amino acid substitution selected from the group consisting of 247I/339Q, 2471/339D. There also proposed a pharmaceutical composition comprising said antibody. The antibody against CD20 can be used for the treatment of lymphoma.
