<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous input of data without: using a high-redundancy code; and requiring complex computation processing. <P>SOLUTION: An information presentation device 1 adds a numerical string b<SB>n+1</SB>b<SB>n+2</SB>of two digits for error detection in an error detection code addition unit 15 for each n digits for a numerical string input by an operator, and displays on a display 17 a numerical string to which the numerical string b<SB>n+1</SB>b<SB>n+2</SB>of two digits for error detection is added for each n digits. Meanwhile, when a user looks at the displayed numerical string and input the string by an input unit 24, an information terminal device 2 performs computation processing for error detection by an error detection unit 25 for each input of a numerical string of (n+2) digits, and when an input error is detected through this computation processing, generates an error message EM by a main control unit 21 to display the message EM on a display unit 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
