PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device and driving support system which suppress its influencing around a vehicle, when the traveling direction of the vehicle is easily mistaken. SOLUTION: The driving support device 10, which supports driving when the vehicle on a first road advancing to a second road includes: an indication direction detection means 21, which detects the indication direction of a blinker 30; a driving environment detection means 22 which detects a driving environment ahead of the vehicle; a false recognition determination means 23, which determines whether the driving direction of the vehicle is easily mistaken, based on the indication direction detected by the indication direction detection means 21 and the driving environment detected by the driving environment detection means 22; and a first information communication means 50, which transmits warning information to a driver of the vehicle, when the driving direction of the vehicle is determined as being easily mistaken by the false recognition determination means 23.
