<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition enabling synthesis and preparation by a simple method, readily being cured by light or heat to form a cured product excellent in elasticity, heat resistance and moisture resistance and capable of being widely applied to an adhesive, a sealing agent, a casting agent, etc., in wide fields such as electric and electronic fields and transportation equipment field. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (1) a hydrogenated castor oil-derivatized acrylate oligomer obtained by reacting (a) a hydrogenated castor oil and/or a hydrogenated castor oil-based polyol with (b) a compound containing an isocyanate group and a (meth)acrylic group and (2) a radical polymerization initiator.
