<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device preventing formation of an indentation on a raceway of a ball screw. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ball screw device 1 provided with a connection plate 7 fixed on a screw shaft 3 and connected with a motor rotor 11 by unevenness 7a, 11a fitting, and a spring 8 energizing so as to make the connection plate 7 and the motor rotor 11 closer to each other.
