PURPOSE: A water soluble ceramic paint composition with improved cohesion quality at high temperature is provided to ensure excellent heat blocking property at a high temperature and bindability of a film, thereby preventing warping or hole of the heat block film. CONSTITUTION: A water soluble ceramic paint composition with improved cohesion quality at high temperature comprises a heat block composition 100 parts by weight and a bonding agent component 5~15 parts by weight. The heat block composition comprises solid portion 50 weight% and water 50 weight%. The solid portion is a weight ratio of titanium oxide/dichromic acid antimony/SiC/SiO2-Al2O3 of 1/1/1/1.
