PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intestinal canal-cutting and cleaning device for cutting and cleaning the intestinal canal of an animal such as a cattle and a pig subjected to dressing treatment in a state in which dirt caused by the content of the intestines is as little as possible. SOLUTION: The intestinal canal-cutting and cleaning device includes a cutting device for cutting the intestinal canal of the dressed animal in the longitudinal direction, a receiving table installed in the lower part of the cutting device, and a cleaning drum installed in the lower part of the receiving table. The cutting device includes a guide rod to be inserted into the intestinal canal, a moving device installed in the upper part of the guide rod and for moving the intestinal canal along the guide rod, a cutting device for cutting the intestinal canal moved by the moving device, and a first shower device for showering the cut part of the intestinal canal cut by the cutting device. A bottom lid for dropping the cut intestinal canal into the cleaning drum is installed in the bottom part of the receiving table, and a discharging hole for discharging the content of the intestines dropped with the shower from the cut part of the intestinal canal to the outside of the receiving table is installed in the periphery of the bottom lid at the bottom part of the receiving table.
