PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and labor for checking terminal devices through automation. SOLUTION: The method for automatically checking each of terminal devices 100 disposed at remote places, is monitored and controlled by a centralized controller 2 connected via a communication line. An automatic check apparatus 1 transmits an instruction for sequentially selecting a plurality of control items to a terminal device 100, receives a result of operation corresponding to the selected instruction and determines whether an operation corresponding to each selection is appropriately performed or not based on a result of the operation.
