<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control the temperature rise of a voltage converter while ensuring power supply to an auxiliary machine in a power supply control system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power supply control system 10 includes: a power supply circuit 12 containing an energy storage device 14, a voltage converter 20 having a reactor 22, an upper arm side switching element 24, and a lower arm side switching element 26, an inverter unit 34, and a low voltage activate auxiliary machine 50; and a control part 60. The control part 60 is composed of a reactor temperature acquisition module 62 which acquires the temperature of the reactor 22, an energy storage device W<SB>IN</SB>and W<SB>OUT</SB>control module 64 which controls W<SB>IN</SB>and W<SB>OUT</SB>of the energy storage device 14 according to the temperature of the reactor 22, and a switching element activate control module 66 which keeps the upper arm side switching element 24 to be in ON state according to the temperature of the reactor 22.
