PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-strength zinc-containing dust agglomerated material having excellent initial strength, and the agglomerated material thereof. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the dust agglomerated material, an alumina-cement based hydraulic composition and a binder containing portland-cement are added by 3-30 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the dust and granulated. In the method, preferably, the above hydraulic composition contains 20-50 mass% CaO and 45-80 mass% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and the strength after 1 day of granulation is≥10 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>and the strength after 7 days of the granulation is≥20 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>.
