PURPOSE: An ultraviolet rays blocking device with high transparency is provided to allow a worker to easily recognize a welding work and block the ultra violet rays generated in welding work. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet rays blocking device with high transparency includes an ultraviolet lay blocking film(120). The ultraviolet lay blocking film includes a plurality of main body panels. The main body panel is hinge-coupled it to fold and fasten. The ultraviolet lay blocking film is made of the polycarbonate material coated with UV. A wheel is mounted on the lower part of the main panel.
