<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner waveguide that achieves ready design and manufacture, and also that is compact and exhibits low reflecting characteristics over a wide band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the corner waveguide, slopes 14 inclining at different angles relative to a face including the axis of a waveguide 12 are provided on an outside inner wall of a corner part 13 connecting together a waveguide 11 and the waveguide 12.
