<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element, capable of reducing variation among products of inductance elements, that attenuation properties is made superior, and stable characteristics can be obtained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An inductance element comprises a magnetic core 10, an insulator 20 provided at least in a part on the magnetic core 10; a conductor 30 provided at least in a part on the insulator; a dielectric 40, provided on the conductor 30; and a coil (coated conductive wires 50, 51) wound around the magnetic core 10, while holding the dielectric 40 with the conductor 30. The conductor 30, the dielectric 40 and the coil, forming a capacitor, are brought into tight contact with one another, or the gap generated between the dielectric and the coil (coated conductive wires 50, 51) is reduced.
