<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic drive valve capable of inhibiting formation of a gap between a swing member and a lower side electromagnet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic drive valve is provided with a drive valve 14 including a valve stem 12 and reciprocating along a direction in which the valve stem 12 extends, a disk 30 extending from one end 32 interlocking with the valve stem 14 to another end 33 and swinging at another end 33 around a center axis, and a pair of an upper side electromagnet 60 and a lower side electromagnet 160 with putting the disk 30 therebetween.
