<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharging device capable of miniaturizing a device body, enhancing the printing speed and the throughput, and sorting the discharge of sheets without providing any special discharge sorter, and an image forming device having the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet discharging device comprises a pair of discharging rollers 13, 14 for conveying sheets, a discharging and stacking unit 30 for stacking the sheets conveyed by the pair of discharging rollers 13, 14, and a discharging fan 21 for blowing air to the sheets to be conveyed to the discharging and stacking unit 30 by the pair of discharging rollers 13, 14 from the lower side.
