<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily monitoring operations of a sequence-controlled automatic machine. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring device of an automatic machine is provided with a reference data creation part for causing a sequence control device to operate an automatic machine a predetermined number of times in order to generate reference data to be used for monitoring, and for measuring a timing of operation of a plurality of devices when the automatic machine is in normal operation, and for generating reference timing data. This monitoring device of the automatic machine is also provided with a determination part for detecting the operation timing of a plurality of devices while the automatic machine is in operation, and for comparing the detected operation timing with reference timing data , and for determining whether the timing is within an allowable range or not. A monitoring device discriminates the device whose operation timing is determined to be within the allowable range by the determination part from the device whose operation timing is determined to be beyond the allowable range, and causes the display device to display it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
