PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricity evaluation device of a lubricant capable of reproducing a state of water penetration even in a grease lubricating bearing with a seal and capable of applying axial load and radial load at the same time. SOLUTION: The lubricity evaluation device of the lubricant, used for evaluating the lubricity of the lubricant sealed in the periphery of a rolling element with respect to the rolling bearing equipped with the inner ring, the outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the inner and outer rings, and a seal member for covering the opening of the gap between the inner and outer rings, includes an attaching means of a bearing test piece 11 wherein a through-hole is provided on the seal member, a water injection means for injecting water in the bearing test piece 11 during rotation through the through-hole, a means for rotating the bearing test piece 11, and a loading means for applying radial load and axial load on the bearing test piece 11 during rotation.
