<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure both the front and back sides of which serve as exterior wall surfaces which makes front-side and backside exterior wall surfaces each composed of a panel, and enables the secure and easy mounting of flashing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Front-side and backside exterior wall panels 1 and 2 are provided. A lateral side of the front-side exterior wall panel 1 is joined to a column 7 which is erected on a foundation 6, and an upside thereof is joined to a beam 8. An upside of the backside exterior wall panel 2 is joined to the beam 8, and a tip of an adjusting bolt 23 abuts on the foundation 6, so that the motion of a lower end can be restrained. A flashing mounting bracket 32 having a flashing mounting portion 33a and a piece 34 to be fixed is provided. The flashing mounting bracket 32 is fixed by making the adjusting bolt 23 engaged with a bolt engaging portion 36 of the piece 34 to be fixed.
