An oxygen enrichment device (2) utilizes a sub-pressure film type oxygen enrichment mechanism, the said oxygen enrichment device (2) comprises an oxygen enrichment film, a vacuum pump (201) and a driving mechanism (202) connected to the vacuum pump (201). The driving mechanism (202) is connected to a body building device (1) which actuates the vacuum pump (201) to produce oxygen via the driving mechanism (202). The said oxygen enrichment device (2) also comprises an air inlet (203), an oxygen enrichment air outlet (204), and an oxygen poorness exhaust outlet (205), wherein an air inlet fan (206) is provided about the air inlet (203).A system including many oxygen enrichment devices and a body building and oxygen therapy device are also provided.
