<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave treatment device in which a high heating efficiency can be maintained by keeping reflecting power small even if an impedance of an object to be treated is greatly changed during heating. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave treatment device is provided with oscillation portions 2a, 2b, power distribution portions 3a, 3b, amplifiers 5a-5d, a heating chamber 10 for housing a heated object, power supply portions 8a-8d which are arranged on a wall surface of the heating chamber 10 and to which an output from a microwave generating portion is transmitted and which discharge and supply the microwave to the heating chamber 10, and power detecting portions 6a-6d for detecting a power reflected on the power amplifiers from the power supply portions. When the reflected power detected by the power detecting portions 6a-6d exceeds a predetermined value, frequency characteristics are measured again and a reflection power against a change of various objects to be heated and a change of impedance during heating can be controlled to a minimum to attain a high heating efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
