PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form and extinguish a flame by simple operation without manipulating each gas flow rate adjusting member after flame adjustment is made once for a mounted nozzle. SOLUTION: A torch is disclosed that includes: a torch head 2 having a nozzle B; fuel gas passages 12a, 12b formed between a gas mixing part 15 and fuel gas adjusting member 9; oxygen gas passages 11a-11c formed between the gas mixing part 15 and an oxygen gas joint 8; valve mechanisms 20, 21 having a valve seat 20c, a valve chamber 20a with a valve body 24 housed, and a stem chamber 20b with a stem 28 housed; and a dial 22 which, structured rotatably, engages with the exposed stem 28 and which moves each stem correspondingly to the rotation, and which separates the valve body 24 from the valve seat 20c.
