<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element that has high-pixel color filter with high color reproducibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging element 100 includes a plurality of distributed index lenses 1, a plurality of light receiving elements 6 provided according to the plurality of distributed-index lens 1 (111, 112, and 113) and receiving light collected by the corresponding distributed index lenses 1, and electric wiring 3. The plurality of distributed index lenses 1 have a plurality of spectral functions different by the corresponding light receiving elements 6, and particles of not larger than 100 nm in particle diameter which contain metal are dispersed in the plurality of distributed index lenses 1.
