PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having extremely high abrasion resistance when used repeatedly, capable of maintaining high image quality of reduced image defects over a long period, hardly generating a white spot-like image defect, having high surface smoothness in an initial time and with the lapse of time, and having durability; and to provide a charge transportation layer forming material, an electrophotographic method, an electrophotographic device, and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a layer containing a cured product polymerized using at least a radical-polymerizable monomer having three or more of radical-polymerizable groups in a molecule, and a (meth)acrylic ester compound having specified structure.
