The invention relates to a system (10) comprising a compressor (12), a controller (14) and a clutch (16) associated to the compressor (12), the controller (14) being suitable for opening and closing the clutch (16) in order to economize energy. According to the invention, the controller (14) is suitable for carrying out a monitoring routine during which the clutch (16) is opened or closed in order to prevent the clutch (16), the compressor (12) and the components (18, 26) arranged downstream of the compressor (12) from being damaged. The invention also relates to a method for controlling a system (10) comprising a compressor (12), a controller (14) and a clutch (16) associated to the compressor (12). |
