The module has a filter layer (2) with two adjacent spacers (3, 4), and forming a filter unit (1) formed as a sleeve. The filer layer is formed as an individual filter (5) or a filter stack (6). The spacers are formed on an outer side in a liquid-tight manner, respectively, where the outer side is turned away from the filter layer. The spacers and the filter layer are sealed on lower and upper edges (9, 16, 7, 17) of the spacers and the layer in a liquid-tight manner. The spacers are formed from a Vilene(RTM: strong water-soluble stabilizer) material (11).
