PURPOSE: A tire rubber composition is provided to ensure processability in blending raw materials by environment-friendly modified natural oil excluding aromatic components as processing oil. CONSTITUTION: A tire rubber composition includes oil 1~50 parts by weight based on a base rubber 100 parts by weight. The oil is such that Dicarboxylated-CNSL and natural oil are bonded. The Dicarboxylated-CNSL is obtained by heating dicarboxylic acid or dicarboxylated salt at 300~350°C for 3~6 hours.
