PURPOSE: A heating mat capable of heating a mat in a short time is provided, which promotes health improvement of the human body by minimizing use of the electric mat. CONSTITUTION: A heating mat capable of heating a mat in a short time is constituted as follows. A warm water sheet(20) equipped with a warm water circulation pipe and an electric sheet(30) equipped with an electric wire are installed between an upper cover(10) and a lower cover(15). In the warm water sheet, the warm water circulation pipe is formed in the cochlea form and both ends of warm water circulation pipe are connected to the hot water boiler which supplies the warm water. In the electric sheet, the electric wire is formed in the cochlea form or the loop shape. In the warm water sheet and electricity sheet, lots of coupling balls are formed at the constant interval to bind the warm water circulation pipe and electric wire.
