PURPOSE: A brew mechanism for a coffee maker is provided to facilitate the attachment and detachment to an inner plate of the coffee maker. CONSTITUTION: A brew mechanism for a coffee maker comprises a piston body in which a filter is fixed, a cylinder which receives coffee grains and rotates relative to the piston body, a piston which is positioned inside the cylinder and raised toward the filter to compress the coffee grains to the filter when fluid is supplied to the cylinder, and an elastic member(240) which rotates along with the cylinder and contacts with the filter to remove the coffee waste generated by compression of the piston to the filter. |
