PURPOSE: An iron plating solution, a galvanized steel sheet plated using the iron plating solution as undercoating liquid, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to achieve iron flash coating with adhesion and corrosion resistance equal to or higher than that in case of using nickel flash undercoating. CONSTITUTION: An iron plating solution comprises salt containing iron, conductive salt for improvement of conductivity, a complexing agent for stabilization, antioxidant for preventing oxidation of the iron contained in the salt, and a surface modifier, an eutectoid agent and a stress-reducing agent for making the iron plated layer coated on an substrate iron flat.
