<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inputting device which excludes restriction on material properties and can flexibly be designed, and also provide an information-processing device having the inputting device. <P>SOLUTION: The inputting device 100 refracts, via a spherical lens 121 being a refraction means, luminous flux radiated from light sources 123 and 124 along detection surfaces 127 and 128, detects whether the luminous flux is blocked by a finger or the like which contacts the detection surfaces 127 or 128, and inputs signals on the basis of the result of the detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
