FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE OF COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a degree of freedom of an arranging position of a regulator without making an influence exerted upon the cooling of an engine.

SOLUTION: A midway of an exhaust passage 24 of the CNG engine 20 is branched off into two of a first branch passage 24A and a second branch passage 24B, and a gas turbine 32 is arranged in one first branch passage 24A for driving a generator 30 for generating electric power by using exhaust gas. A control unit 38 incorporated with a computer electronically controls a flow passage switching device 34 for exclusively opening one of the first branch passage 24A and the second branch passage 24B for opening the first branch passage 24A provided with the gas turbine 32 only when the exhaust temperature T measured by an exhaust temperature sensor 36 is a predetermined value or higher. An electric heater 62 for heating the regulator 16 is operated by electric power generated by the generator 30.
