<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-output fiber laser oscillator for using an active fiber of a large mode area, oscillating a high-output laser beam by a single oscillator, and oscillating a high-quality, easy-to-excite laser beam with a high heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A fiber laser oscillator includes an active fiber 2 for oscillating a laser beam by using an excitation light that is incident between both end surfaces 3 and 4 in the lengthwise direction. A first end surface 3 that is one end surface of the active fiber 2 has high reflectivity to oscillated light FB that is oscillated inside the active fiber 2.
