PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular driving posture adjusting device capable of properly adjusting the relative position of a steering and a seat according to a traveling state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular driving posture adjusting device is mounted on a vehicle and used in order to adjust a driving posture by adjusting the relative position of a steering and a seat. Specifically, a relative-position adjustment means adjusts the relative positions of a steering and a seat based on a load which acts on the steering and a traveling state of a vehicle. Thereby, the relative position of a steering and a seat can be properly adjusted with consideration on the influence of the load applied to the steering arising from a traveling state of the vehicle.
