<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate foam containing foaming object liquid more effectively than in a conventional storage tub. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By housing decanter sap X in a container 1a, adding a defoaming material B, and rotating a rotary cutter 1b, the decanter sap X is made to flow while making shear force act on it, and thus, the foam contained in the decanter sap X is eliminated.
