<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetized pulsar ring, capable of preventing a circular magnet from being damaged or from falling off, and to provide a rolling bearing device having a sensor that uses the pulsar ring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This magnetized pulsar ring 11 is equipped with the circular magnet 12, a support member 20 having a flange part 22, and a fixing member 30 for fixing the circular magnet 12 onto the flange part 22. The fixing member 30 has: a holding part 31, formed of an elastic material, and projected to the one end surface 22a side of the flange part 22 for holding the inner circumferential surface 12c of the circular magnet 12; a circular wall 35 extending from a base end part of the holding part 31 to the radial direction outside, and being interposed between the flange part 22 and the circular magnet 12 together with an adhesive layer 40 comprising an elastic adhesive; and a fixing part 32, projected from the distal end of the holding part 31 in the radial direction outside, and abutting against one end surface 22a of the flange part 22.
