PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor structure ensuring a legroom of an occupant and rigidity of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The vehicular floor structure is provided with: a floor panel 30 constituting a floor surface of a cabin; and a pair of frames 100 provided so as to be laid along a lower surface of the floor panel, extending along a vehicle longitudinal direction and arranged so as to be spaced apart in a vehicle width direction. The frame has a narrowed part 104 in which a dimension in a vertical direction is made smaller than the other portion at a position corresponding to a legroom of a seat 20 provided on an upper part of the floor panel, and is provided with: a cross member 200 provided on a lower part of the floor panel and extending in a vehicle width direction; and an auxiliary rigid member 150 fixed to a lower surface of the narrowed part of the frame and bonded with the cross member.
