<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell module and a method for manufacturing therefor, with an electrode member and a separator integrated by an adhesive rubber member with high bonding properties. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell module M includes, an electrode member 2 having a membrane electrode assembly 20, which consists of an electrolyte membrane 22 and a pair of electrode catalyst layers 23a, 23b disposed on both sides of the electrolyte membrane 22 in the thickness direction, and a pair of porous layers 21a, 21b disposed on both sides of the membrane electrode assembly 20 in the thickness direction; a separator 3, disposed layered on the electrode member 2 so as to be in contact with at least one of the porous layer 21b; and an adhesive rubber member 4 for sealing a peripheral edge portion of the electrode member 2, wherein the electrode member 2 and the separator 3 are integrated by the adhesive rubber member 4, and a tensile product of the adhesive rubber member 4 is 1,500 MPa% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
