<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and an electronic system in which a thin portable device can easily be attached. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 100 detachably holding a portable device 10 includes an accommodation section 170 in which the portable device 10 can be attached and detached, a rib 162 engaged with a recessed part 59 formed on a left side face of the portable device 10 at an attachment position where the portable device 10 is attached in the accommodation section 170, and a slope 163 for guiding the portable device 10 to the attachment position.
