<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system notifying a guardian of the location of a child without requiring a manager to input data and generate a database beforehand. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A receiver information terminal 20 to be used by the guardian acquires the terminal ID of a target person information terminal 40 to be used by the child, and then, transmits the first terminal ID e-mail including the terminal ID to a server 30. The server 30 extracts transmission source address information and the terminal ID from the received first terminal ID e-mail, and records the extracted transmission source address information in a user DB 36 in association with the terminal ID as a transmission destination address which shows a contact address of a location e-mail. Thus, the user DB 36 to be required for transmitting the location e-mail is automatically generated only by the guardian, who uses the receiver information terminal 20, simply acquiring the terminal ID and transmitting the e-mail.
